Q. Our corporate theme is unique and I don't see anything on your site that fits.  Do you make custom theme centerpieces?
A.  Yes, email or call us with your unique theme and we will design a prototype and email you a photo.

Q.  We are hoping for simple helium balloon bouquets attached to weights for our party.  Is that something that you do?
A.  Yes, we carry mylar foil balloons and latex balloons in several sizes as well.

Q.  I'm surprised that you don't show more auto racing theme decorations on your site.
A.  Awesome Occasions has had a web site for about 15 years but this site is new in 2008.  We will be adding and updating constantly.  If you don't see what you are looking for please let us know, and please check back often for the updates.

Q.  I wanted to use balloons for my event but the facility does not allow helium.  do you have any suggestions?
A.  Many of the venues in and around Indianapolis no longer allow helium balloons, however; they do allow balloons filled with air.  Air filled balloons on frames provide lots of visual impact and offer more stability for indoor and outdoor decorating.  The large sculpture balloon photos on this page are examples of air filled balloons on framework.  In recent months we have been using tulle netting, twinkle lights, rope lighting and greenery on framework for a big decorating look.

Q.  I am on a decorations committee for my child's school and we have a very low budget.  Do you have any ideas to help keep costs down?
A.  Most of what our designers at Awesome Occasions do is not difficult but takes a lot of prep time, equipment, labor for set up and tear down. Many of our clients save money by doing their own set up and tear down.  We even have one organization that one of the fathers made their framework.  Try to use some items that you can use again.  Call or email us with your event information and budget and we will help you achieve your greatest decorating bang for your buck.
